Total Digital Support

Total Digital Support (TDS) is designed for clients who have already completed our Digital Marketing Programme and wish to maximise the return on fee-earner effort through a dedicated support package. It includes goal setting and performance monitoring, fee-earner coaching, and practical assistance.

Overview

TDS is designed to give you the peace of mind that your digital marketing system will continue to deliver high quality in-bound enquiries from prospective clients no matter how busy your team might get. It may be suitable for clients who have completed our Digital Marketing Programme who could benefit from any of the following:

  • Help setting measurable objectives for your digital marketing system as well as clear individual accountabilities for each member of your team.
  • Assistance setting-up, interpreting, and responding to data produced by your website statistic package.
  • Training and technical support around the use of social media platforms and help getting new staff up to speed with their roles and responsibilities.
  • Coaching and creative input to help you produce engaging digital content.
  • Practical advice on dealing with new business enquiries and how to maximise value from missed opportunities.

Structure

Each TDS engagement lasts for three months and begins by working with you to create clear digital marketing goals. From these goals we then create individual accountabilities for each member of your team. Progress is reviewed formally on a monthly basis either in person or by tele-conference. As a subscriber to TDS you also have on-demand access to help and support whenever you need it.
