A practical guide to creating and using personas for the web.
Deep expertise doesn't happen by accident. The Book Club is a place to record, share, and discuss the lessons we've learnt from books relevant to digital marketing for law firms.
We'll open a discussion on a new book roughly once a month. Someone from Isaac Parker will kick things off by posting their thoughts, and then we'll open the conversation for lively debate. Wherever possible, we'll invite the author to join in too.
We read books on law firm and professional services marketing and then discuss how those ideas can be put into practice using online techniques. We also look at books on online techniques and discuss how they apply to law firms.
There is no charge to join the club, but there are a few rules. You should have a genuine personal interest in marketing a professional services firm online. The aim of the club is to build and share knowledge, so please don't use it as a platform to promote any commercial interests. Use polite, professional language and show respect to others, who may well disagree with your point-of-view.
All comments go through an approval process, so you may experience a delay between posting your comments and them showing up on the conversation page. We'll aim to process comments promptly during UK business hours; things will probably take a little longer at other times.
